Summary
The files you convert on BreezeConvert never leave your device, so we never receive them and cannot access, store, or share them. We do not require an account and do not ask for your name, email, or payment details in order to use the converters. The only data involved is the limited technical information described below, plus cookies used by our advertising partner.
Your files
BreezeConvert converts images, audio, video, documents, CAD drawings, and 3D models entirely inside your web browser, using your own device's processing power. The files you select are never uploaded, transmitted, or stored on our servers — we operate no file-processing server at all. Converted output is generated locally and handed straight to your browser's download function. Because of this architecture, we have no access to your files at any point, and there is no copy of them for us to retain or delete.
Information we collect
We do not operate our own analytics or tracking system. However, our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) and our advertising partner automatically process limited technical information when you visit, as is standard for any website. This may include your IP address (used to determine approximate city/country-level location and to deliver the site), browser and device type, operating system, pages visited, time of visit, and the site that referred you.
This information is technical and aggregated in nature. It is never linked to the contents of the files you convert, because those files never reach us.
Local storage on your device
BreezeConvert stores a small amount of data in your browser's local storage: a daily conversion counter (used to apply the free daily limit) and, if you have activated a Pro licence, an expiry timestamp. This data remains on your device, is never transmitted to us, and can be erased at any time by clearing site data in your browser settings. Clearing it will also reset any active Pro period on that browser.
Cookies and advertising
This site may be supported by third-party advertising, including Google AdSense. When advertising is enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet, in line with the Google Ads Partner policy. Third-party services
To deliver the site and its conversion engines, your browser loads resources from third-party content delivery networks, including jsDelivr, cdnjs, unpkg, and Google Fonts. These providers may log standard request information such as your IP address when files are requested. These resources are program code and fonts only — none of your files are transmitted to them.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Data security
The site is served over HTTPS. Because conversions happen locally and no files are transmitted to us, the most significant category of data — your files — is never exposed to network transfer or server-side storage in the first place.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we add a new tool or change advertising partners. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
